Nightly:	$75-$80 + tax
Weekly:	$475-$500 + tax

Deposit
Reservation/Security Deposit is $100
and will be refunded to you promptly after your stay.

Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of $40 charged for stays less than 5 nights.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
No singles under age 25.
